参附注射液治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭38例临床观察

摘    要:目的观察参附注射液治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭临床疗效。方法将78例扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组(38例)和对照组(40例)。治疗组在对照组基础上加用参附注射液。全部患者于治疗前后监测心功能变化,记录心电图、左室血分数、心率变化。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗后LVEF较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05),治疗组LVEF改善显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参附注射液治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭有确切疗效。

Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy of Shenfu injection in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failure clinical curative effect.Methods 78 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group (38 cases) and control group (40 cases).The treatment group was combined with Shenfu injection.All of the patients before and after treatment,monitoring of heart function,left ventricular ejection fraction,recording an electrocardiogram,heart rate variability.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05),Two groups after treatment with LVEF significantly improved(P < 0.05).LVEF in the treatment group improved significantly higher than those in control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Shenfu injection in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failure clinical observation.
