2型糖尿病血液流变学的测定及临床意义

目的分析2型糖尿病患者血液流变学指标的变化,探讨其原因及临床意义。方法对50例2型糖尿病患者进行血液流变学的测定,同期测定健康对照组50例,观察两组血液流变学指标的差异。结果 2型糖尿病患者的血液流变学指标与对照组相比全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度及红细胞压积均增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血浆黏度和血沉比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者血液流变特性存在异常,导致血液循环和微循环发生障碍,降黏降凝,改善微循环和血液流变特性,对糖尿病防治具有重要意义。

Detection and clinical significance of hemorheology of type 2 Diabetes mellitus

Objective To analyze the change in index blood rheology of the patients with T2DM,to investigate the causes and the clinical significance.Methods To determine the blood rheology of 50 cases of T2DM,over the same period to determine 50 cases of healthy people as control group,and observe the differences of the index blood rheology in the two groups.Results The index blood rheology of the patients of T2DM compared with the control group:the blood viscosity(low shear),the blood viscosity(high shear) and the Hct of the patients of T2DM were significantly higher than the control group,the difference were significant(P < 0.05).Otherwise the Plasma specific viscosity and the ESR were no significant differences between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion The characteristics of blood rheology of the patients with T2DM are abnormal,leading to the disorder in the blood circulation and microcirculation.Reduce the blood viscosity and the coagulation function,improve the microcirculation and the characteristics of blood rheology,have great significance in the prevention of diabetes.
