多索茶碱在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期的疗效分析及护理

摘    要:目的探讨多索茶碱在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期的治疗效果及护理措施。方法选取80例COPD患者,随机分为两组,实验组采用多索茶碱治疗,对照组采用氨茶碱治疗,观察和记录治疗前后两组患者症状以及血气分析的变化,并进行相应的护理。结果多索茶碱治疗组中患者的症状改善及血气分析改变均优于氨茶碱治疗组(P<0.05)。结论多索茶碱在COPD急性期的疗效显著,副作用少,可在临床推荐使用;但同时要做好病情观察,安置恰当体位,保持呼吸道通畅。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of Doxofylline on treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute phase.Methods 80 COPD patients were selected and randomLy divided into 2 groups.Patients of one group were treated with Doxofylline,while those of another group(control)were treated with aminophylline.The symptoms and arterial oxygen tension,arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure before and after treatment were assayed and recoreded.Furthermore,the basic information including patient age,disease duration,education,psychological status,level of awareness of the disease and incidence of fever cold was recorded.Results Situation of breathing,wheezing and cough in patients of Doxofylline group was signifacantly better than that of patients of aminophylline group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Doxofylline was with apparent effects on the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute phase,while with less side effects.Furthermore,keeping the patients breathing freely,keeping the patients in warm condition,psychological care were useful for the recovery of the patients.
