川芎嗪与复方丹参治疗冠心病心绞痛90例疗效对比分析

目的对比川芎嗪与复方丹参治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效,以供临床参考。方法以2010年4月～2012年3月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者90例为研究对象,进行随机分组。对照组给予川芎嗪静脉注射,观察组给予复方丹参静脉注射。观察两组患者临床疗效和不良反应的差异。结果与治疗前相比较,两组患者均取得了一定的疗效,其中观察组总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未见明显的不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用川芎嗪与复方丹参治疗冠心病心绞痛均具有良好的有效性和安全性,其中复方丹参的临床疗效更为满意,对患者的康复具有积极的促进作用。

Effects analysis of tetramethylpyrazine and compound Danshen in the treatment of angina pectoris on 90 cases

Objective To compare the clinical effect of tetramethylpyrazine and compound Danshen in the treatment of angina pectoris,for clinical reference.Methods 90 cases with angina pectoris in the author's hospital from April 2010 to March 2012 were selected as subjects,and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated by tetramethylpyrazine intravenous,and the observation group was treated by compound Danshen.To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results Compared with before the treatments,the two groups all got a better efficacy.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher,there had significant statistical difference(P<0.05).During the treatment,the two groups both had no significant adverse reactions,had no statistically differenc(P>0.05).Conclusion Tetramethylpyrazine and compound Danshen in the treatment of angina pectoris have good efficacy and safety.The clinical efficacy of compound Danshen is more satisfied,and it has a positive role in promoting the rehabilitation of patients.
