泮托拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病的疗效观察

目的观察泮托拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病的疗效。方法将60例NERD患者单盲随机分为两组,对照组予泮托拉唑治疗;观察组予泮托拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗,每组30例,连续治疗4周,观察两组患者临床症状积分变化。结果两组反酸、烧心、胸痛、咽部不适症状治疗后与治疗前比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);两组间治疗后症状积分无差异;观察组治疗后症状积分总计较对照组明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泮托拉唑联合氟哌噻吨关利曲辛对NERD有较好疗效。

Observation on results of pantoprazole combined with flupentixolmelitracen in treating non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease

Objective To observe the results of pantoprazole combined with flupentixol-melitracen in treating nonerosive gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods 60 patients with NERD single-blind randomized into 2 groups:the control group was treated with pantoprazole;the observation group was treated with pantoprazole combined with FlupentixolMelitracen.30 patients of each group were given a four-week treatment in a row,and 2 groups of patients were observed in the clinical symptoms with integral changes.Results Each symptom score in 2 groups before treatment has significant statistical difference compared with after treatment(P < 0.01);Each symptom score after therapy has no differences between 2 groups;total symptom score of observation group significantly decreased in after treatment compared with control group,and the statistical difference between the 2 groups was significant(P < 0.05);the total effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Pantoprazole combined with flupentixol-melitracen has better effect in treating non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease.
