检测分析糖尿病患者的血液流变学指标

目的了解糖尿病患者的血液流变学各项指标变化及检测分析。方法采用全自动血液黏度动态分析仪对确诊患者(观察组)和普通体检者(对照组)逐一进行血液流变学的检测。结果糖尿病患者血液流变学检测结果均高于健康体检者,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者普遍存在血液流变学改变,其异常结果可能是造成糖尿病持续进展的重要原因之一。因此,要定期对糖尿病患者进行血液流变学检测,对患者的治疗、疗效观察以及延缓患者的并发症都有很重要的意义。

Detection of hemorheology in diabetic patients

Objective To understand the index of blood rheology changes and testing analysis of the patients with diabetes.Methods Used the automatic blood viscosity dynamic analyzer to diagnose the detection of blood rheology of the patients(study group) and normal subjects(control group).Results Patients in diabetic with blood rheology test results were higher than healthy subjects.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Patients in diabetes were prevalent with the change of blood rheology.The abnormal results may be one of the important reasons for the continuous progress caused by diabetes.Therefore,to patients in diabetes for regular blood rheology testing,to the patients with the treatment,clinical observation,and to delay the complications of patients that all have very important significance.
