| 摘 要： | 目的研究玉屏风颗粒辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法选择70例毛细支气管炎患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予干扰素针剂联合玉屏风颗粒,对照组单用干扰素针,两组其他辅助治疗相同。观察两组症状、体征消失时间及住院天数。结果治疗组7d内总有效率为97%,对照组为77%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组症状缓解、肺部哮鸣音消失及平均住院时间都短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风颗粒对改善患儿的喘憋症状及减轻肺部体征有明显的疗效,并能缩短毛细支气管炎患儿住院时间。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Yupinfeng granule in adjunctive treating for infant bronchiolitis.Methods Infant bronchiolitis(n=70) were divided into two groups.Treated group received Yupinfeng granule and interferon,and control group received only interferon.The other adjunctive treatments were identical in the two groups.And two groups of symptoms,signs disappear time and length of hospital stay were observed.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 97%,and 77% in control group.The curative effect in treatment group outstriped in control group(P < 0.05).The extinction time of symptom,signs and average stay were short in treatment group than control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Treating infant bronchiolitis with Yupinfeng granule are evident effect in improving symptom and signs.It also can shorten the length of stay. |
