住院精神病患者外出行院内检查的安全管理

目的探讨住院精神病患者外出行院内检查的安全管理措施。方法护士将在转运及检查过程中可能出现的危险因素提前进行预见性评估,并做好充分准备,包括转运前对病情的评估、对陪同护工评估及风险交接,途中、检查中的病情监测,检查前后的交接班以及签名等。结果对住院精神病患者外出检查采取相应的安全管理措施,提高了住院精神病患者外出检查时的安全性。实施1年,安全转运282例患者,患者未出现并发症及其他意外事件。结论通过预见性的评估、准备并采取相应的安全管理措施,可以提高住院精神病患者外出检查时的安全性,减少并发症及意外事件的发生。

Safety management of hospitalized psychiatric patients doing hospital checks when going out

Objective To study the hospitalized mental patients going out hospital to check the safety management measures. Methods Nurse risk factors in transshipment and inspection process may advance the predictability assessment,and fully prepared, including pre-shipment condition assessment,the accompanying carer assessment and risk transfer,on the way,check the condition of monitoring, inspection before and after the shift,and signature. Results Go out the check to take appropriate safety measures,and improve the safety of hospitalized mental patients go out to check on hospitalized mental patients.Implementation,security, transport 282 cases of patients,patients with no complications and other unforeseen events. Conclusion The predictability assessment,prepare and take appropriate safety measures can improve the safety of hospitalized mental patients to go out to check,to reduce the occurrence of complications and accidents.
