美常安联合盐酸小檗碱灌肠治疗急性腹泻临床观察

目的观察美常安联合盐酸小檗碱灌肠治疗急性腹泻的疗效及安全性。方法随机将急性腹泻的住院患者98例分为观察组和对照组各49例,观察组给予美常安口服联合盐酸小檗碱灌肠及常规治疗,对照组予蒙脱石散口服及常规治疗。治疗72h后比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后72h两组腹泻次数均下降,观察组从(7.8±3.2)次下降到(3.1±2.4)次,对照组从(7.9±3.0)次下降到(4.2±2.0)次,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美常安口服联合盐酸小檗碱灌肠可明显改善急性腹泻病情,疗效尚优于单用思密达,改善肠道菌群失调,安全性良好。

Effect observation of Medlic-S combined with berberine hydrochloride enema in acute diarrhea

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Medlic-S combined with berberine hydrochloride enema in acute diarrhea.Methods 98 cases with acute diarrhea were randomly divided into observation group(49 cases) and control group(49 cases).Observation group was given Medlic-S and berberine enema.Control group was received montmorillonite powder oral.3 days was set for a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy and diarrhea 2 groups after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The diarrhea days of both of two groups were as follows.The observation group decreased to 3.1±2.4 from 7.8±3.2,that control group decreased to 4.2±2.0 from 7.9±3.0.The difference was significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Medlic-S combined with berberine enema in acute diarrhea has a significant clinical effect with high security and is worthy of clinical application.
