甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的疗效观察

目的探讨甲氨蝶蛉联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法将笔者所在医院2008年2月～2010年2月收治的保守治疗异位妊娠患者100例随机分为2组,甲氨蝶蛉组和甲氨蝶蛉联合米非司酮组(联合组),每组50例。甲氨蝶蛉组:甲氨蝶蛉肌肉单次注射1mg/kg,隔日1次。联合组:甲氨蝶蛉肌肉单次注射lmg/kg,隔日1次,同时患者口服米非司酮100mg/次,2次/d,口服3d,总量600mg。结果治疗后,联合组腹痛停止时间、血β-HCG、包块大小和住院时间均小于甲氨蝶蛉组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠是一种安全有效经济简便且治愈率高的方法,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy of Methotrexate combined with Mifepristone for ectopic pregnancy

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of methotrexate combined with mifepristone for ectopic pregnancy.Methods 100 patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups of the methotrexate group and combined group,with 50 patients in each group.The methotrexate group were given methotrexate 1 mg/kg intramuscular injection,once every other day.The combined group were given mifepristone,with 100 mg of one time,2 times of one day,total three days,by oral at the same time and the total amount of 600 mg.Results The stop time of the abdominal pain,the contents of the β-HCG in blood and the size of the tumor in the combined group were less than the methotrexate group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion It is a safe,effective,economic,simple and a high cure rate treatment method which combined methotrexate and mifepristone to remedy ectopic pregnancy.
