还原型谷胱甘肽治疗62例酒精性肝硬化疗效分析

目的探讨还原型谷胱甘肽治疗酒精性肝硬化的临床疗效。方法选择笔者所在医院收治的62例酒精性肝硬化患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各31例。两组患者均给予常规治疗,实验组再额外给予还原型谷胱甘肽静脉滴注。结果 4周后两组患者肝功能各项指标均较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者肝功能指标下降的幅度更大,两组各项对应指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽对酒精性肝硬化患者的疗效十分理想,能够显著改善患者肝功能,值得临床推广。

Efficacy analysis of treating 62 cases of alcoholic cirrhosis by glutathione

Objective To investigate the efficacy of treating 62 cases of alcoholic cirrhosis by glutathione.Methods 62 cases of patients with alcoholic cirrhosis were divided into control and experimental group,each group of 31 cases.The control group were given conventional treatment,the experimental group was given glutathione on the basis of the control group.Results The two groups of patients with liver function parameters were significantly decreased(P < 0.05),the liver function indicators of experimental group were significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.01)and the total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with alcoholic cirrhosis by glutathione have a good effect and can significantly improve patients' liver function.
