米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠临床分析

目的观察甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠疗效。方法 35例患者随机分成两组,对照组采用甲氨蝶呤20mg肌注/qod。治疗组采用甲氨蝶蛉20mg肌注/qod单次注射,口服米非司酮50mg/次,2次/d,连服3d。总量300mg。6d为1个疗程。观察两组的疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组的治愈率、β-HCG下降和转阴时间、包块消失时间明显优于对照组,不良反应低。结论米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠疗效明显,安全,值得推广。

Clinical efficacy of ectopic pregnancy by methotrexate combined with mifepristone

Objective To observe clinical of ectopic pregnancy by methotrexate combined with mifepristone.Methods 35 patients were randomly assigned into two groups.The patients in control group were received methotrexate intramuscular injectionby qod 20 mg while the patients in therapy group were received methotrexate intramuscular injectionby qod 20 mg and oral mifepristone by 50mg/bid on two consecutive days.The curative effect and adverse reaction of two groups were observed.Results Cure rate,β-HCG drop and clearance time,mass extinction time in therapy group were significantly better than control group,and adverse reaction was lower.Conclusion The combination of methotrexate and mifepristone is safe and effective,which was worth of popularizing.
