醒脑静注射液对脑性盐耗综合征的临床观察

目的观察醒脑静注射液治疗脑性盐耗综合征的临床疗效。方法对笔者所在医院1995年1月～2012年3月63例脑外伤及高血压脑出血发生CSWS患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组静滴醒脑静注射液加常规补液补钠治疗,对照组仅常规补液补钠。比较两组治疗后恢复时间、治疗前后格拉斯昏迷评分积分、治愈率及死亡率。结果治疗组平均病程(7.64±1.49)d,对照组平均病程(12.54±1.91)d;治疗组32例血钠恢复正常,治愈率为100%;对照组29例血钠恢复正常,2例死亡,治愈率为93.23%,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论静滴醒脑静注射液加常规补液补钠治疗可缩短病程、降低死亡率、显著改善患者预后,对脑性盐耗综合征的治疗有良好的促进作用。

Clinical observation of Xingnaojing injection on cerebral salt wasting syndrome

Objective To observe clinical curative effect of Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of cerebral salt wasting syndrome.Methods According to age,lack of sodium severity,time different,63 patients about brain injury and high blood pressure with teams from the CSWS in the author's hospital from January 1995 to March 2012 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Xingnaojing injection combined with conventional fluid sodium supplement was applied in the treatment group,but the control group only conventional fluid sodium supplement.Mainly observed the recovery time of treatment,Glasgow coma scale points before and after treatment,cure rate comparisons in above two groups.Results Mean duration was(7.64±1.49)days in the treatment group,but the control group was(12.54±1.91)days.The treatment group of 32 cases,all the cases of blood sodium returned to normal,the cure rate was 100%.The control group of 31 cases,only 29 cases of blood sodium returned to normal,2 patients died,the cure rate was 94%.The treatment group was superior to control group.Conclusion Intravenous drip of Xingnaojing injection combined with conventional fluid sodium supplement can shorten the course of disease,reduce mortality,improve prognosis of patients and other effects,it also has a good role in the treatment of cerebral salt wasting syndrome.
