孕妇产前TORCH感染与母婴不良结局的相关性分析

目的观察分析孕妇产前TORCH感染与母婴不良结局间的相关性。方法选取2009年4月～2011年4月来院孕检的孕妇2078例,对其TORCH感染的检查结果进行回顾性分析,并比较TORCH感染与非TORCH感染的孕妇的母婴不良结局的发生率,统计TORCH感染与母婴不良结局间的相关性。结果 TORCH感染组的孕妇母婴不良结局的发生率显著高于非TORCH感染组。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕妇产前TORCH感染与母婴不良结局间有明显相关性。

Correlation analysis of prenatal TORCH infection and maternal and infant adverse outcomes

Objective To observe and analyze the correlation of prenatal TORCH infection and maternal and infant adverse outcomes.Methods From 2009 April to 2011 April in our hospital pregnancy test pregnant women in 2078 cases,the infection of TORCH findings were analyzed retrospectively.TORCH infection and TORCH infection in pregnant perinatal adverse outcomes were compared.The relationship of TORCH infection and maternal adverse outcomes were added up.Results TORCH infection group of pregnant women maternal adverse node administration was significantly higher than that of TORCH infection group (P < 0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion There has a correlation between prenatal TORCH infection and maternal and infant adverse outcomes.
