电声门图检测对喉部分切除术患者语言功能评价

目的研究分析电声门图检测对喉部分切除术患者语言功能的评价效果。方法选取笔者所在医院110例喉部分切除术的患者作为研究对象,用传统的高速摄影加动态喉镜观测声带振动法和电声门图法分别对男性和女性患者进行检测,检测指标为基频、振幅微扰和基频微扰。结果在由喉部分切除术后的不同嗓音障碍组间电声门图法的基频、振幅微扰和基频微扰差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而高速摄影加动态喉镜观测声带法的只有部分参数的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电声门图检测对喉部分切除术患者的语言功能评价具有更高的敏感性和可靠性,应该作为此类疾病术后语言功能评价的首选方法。

Electroglottograph measurement on partial laryngectomy patients language function evaluation

Objective To study the application of electroglottograph in analyzing the voice of patients undergoing partial laryngectomy.Methods From April 2010 to May 2012,110 patients in the author's hospital received the treatment of partial laryngectomy.Test 110 patients with the traditional way and the electroglottograph way.The standards for the test were frequency,jitter and shimmer.Results The difference between voice dysphonia,tested by electroglottograph,was statistically significant in frequent,jitter,shimmer(P < 0.05).However,the difference between voice dysphonia,tested by traditional way,was just partly statistically significant in three standards(P < 0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that parameters of electroglottograph be better in analyzing the voice of patients undergoing partial laryngectomy objectively for its reliability and sensibility.
