腹腔镜下肾上腺肿瘤切除术的应用体会

目的探讨腹腔镜在肾上腺肿瘤切除术中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析30例腹腔镜下肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者的临床资料,观察临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 30例患者手术均顺利完成,手术时间平均(51.2±4.9)min。手术过程平稳,未见剧烈血压波动。住院时间3～6d,失血量平均(66.3±7.1)mL。术中未见肝胆、肠道、脾脏等脏器损伤,术后未见出血、感染等并发症。结论腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术具有创伤小、出血少、恢复快、住院时间短等优点,安全性高,疗效好。

Experience of adrenalectomy under the laparoscopic

Objective To explore the clinical value of adrenalectomy under the laparoscopic.Methods 30 cases with adrenalectomy under the laparoscopic were retrospective analyzed.Curative effect and adverse reaction conditions were observed.Results 30 operation cases were smoothly complicated.Average operation time were(51.2±4.9)min.Operating processes were stable,without strong blood pressure fluctuation.Length of stay were 3 to 6 days,and average blood lose were(66.3±7.1)mL.There were no internal visceral injury of liver,intestine and spleen happened during operations.Postoperation complication such as hemorrhage and infection no existed.Conclusion Laparoscopy used in adrenalectomy has the advantages of small trauma,less hemorrhage,rapid recovery,short hospitalizing time,high safety,and excellent curative effect.
