对初诊2型糖尿病患者起始胰岛素治疗的临床研究

目的探索对初诊2型糖尿病患者起始胰岛素治疗的临床意义。方法将111例初诊2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者,随机分为2组,进行为期1年的治疗,63例患者进行胰岛素治疗,48例患者进行口服药物治疗。结果两组均能显著的控制空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG),降低糖化血红蛋白HbA1c和血脂,改善胰岛素抵抗(IR),且胰岛素治疗组明显优于对照组。结论对初诊的2型糖尿病(T2DM),胰岛素疗效明显优于口服药物,且达标时间短,值得推广。

Clinical research into initial insulin therapy to tentatively diagnosed T2 DM patients

Objective To explore the clinical meaning of insulin therapy to newly diagnosed T2DM patients.Methods We randomly divided 111 newly diagnosed T2 DM patients into two groups and treated them for one year,among whom 63 patients received the insulin treatment,while 48 received oral hypoglycemic agent.Results FPG and 2hPG of both groups were significantly controlled.Blood fat and HbA1c were lowered down.IR was improved.Additionally,the effect of the insulin treated group is significantly favorable than the control group.Conclusion To patients which were newly diagnosed T2DM,the effect of the insulin is significantly favorable than the oral hypoglycemic agent,and the time of the glucose level up to standard was shorter,and thus worth further use.
