心电图机常见故障的排除

摘    要:目的通过对心电图机常见故障的维修探讨,解决临床使用上的疑难问题。方法通过对交流电干扰、肌肉电流干扰、图形基线漂移、线性不好、热笔抖动等故障分别进行分析,在理论上推断出可能出现的故障原因,再逐一进行排查。结果检修完毕后,心电图机调整到正常工作状态,降低医疗成本提高设备使用率。结论在处理心电图机出现的故障时,从科学的角度,客观地分析问题,及时处理解决,可达到事半功倍的效果,保障临床用机,更好地为医疗一线服务。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the maintenance of the common failure of the ECG machine and solve difficult problems in clinical use.Methods AC interference,muscle current interference,graphics,baseline drift,linear thermal pen jitter failure were analyzed to infer the possible reasons for the failure in theory,and then one by one to troubleshoot.Results After the overhaul,the ECG machine was adjusted to normal working condition and reduce health care costs to improve equipment utilization.Conclusion For ECG machine failures,an objective analysis of problems from a scientific perspective and timely processing solution can achieve a multiplier effect to protect the clinical machine and better serve the health care front-line services.
