OEC模式在骨科护理管理中的应用分析

目的探讨OEC模式在骨科护理管理中应用效果。方法分析OEC管理模式的内涵本质,细化护理工作的每日检查体系,明确骨科护理工作的目标责任体系,实施无痛目标患者认证制和护理患者沟通责任制,形成一套成效卓著的OEC骨科护理管理方法。结果院里组织质控小组考核检查结果:护理工作满意度超过98%;科室组织自查结果显示临床路径落实率高达100%,护理服务套餐落实率高达100%。结论采取OEC管理模式,可以有效提高骨科护理质量,该模式可以有效的实现现代护理观念,提升护理工作效果和效率。

Analysis of OEC mode in the orthopedic care management

Objective To explore the effects of the OEC mode in the orthopedic care management.Methods In the orthopedic care management,we analysised the connotation nature of OEC management model,refined the daily inspection of the nursing system,implement the certification system and the care of patients with painless target patients to communicate information recording accountability,form a successful OEC orthopedic care management methods.Results The result of yard organizational quality control group appraisal and inspection show the nursing job satisfaction as high as 100%;The result of department organizational self-examination showed the clinical path implementation rate was 100%,the rate of implementation of care packages was 100%.Conclusion The OEC management model can improve the quality of orthopedic care,achieve the concept of modern nursing,and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of care.
