复方短效口服避孕药在人工流产术后服务中的应用

目的探讨口服避孕药在人工流产术后服务中的临床疗效及使用价值。方法本研究所用口服避孕药为妈富隆。对224例人流术的早孕患者回顾性分析研究,随机分为研究组112例,对照组112例,研究组于术日当晚口服妈富隆1片,1次/d,共21d。对照组则采用避孕套。均与术后应用抗生素。结果研究组术后阴道出血量少,时间短,月经恢复快,周期规律,无痛经,且避孕效果好。与观察组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工流产术后应用复方短效避孕药妈富隆,除能避孕外,还能明显缩短出血时间,减少出血量,促进子宫内膜尽快修复,恢复正常月经周期,预防盆腔感染,降低继发不孕症的发生率,保护妇女生育能力,临床值得推广应用。

Application of short-acting compound oral contraceptives in postoperative service of induced abortion

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects and use value of oral contraceptives in the postoperative service of induced abortion.Methods Oral contraceptive Marvelon was used in this study.224 early pregnant patients having received induced abortion were analyzed retrospectively and randomly divided into the study group and the control group each with 112 patients.The study group received 1 tablet of Marvelon once per day for 21 days on the evening of the operation while the control group used condoms.Both groups were given postoperative antibiotics.Results In the study group,the amount of postoperative vaginal bleeding was small and the duration was short,the menstruation recovered fast,with regular cycle and no dysmenorrheal,and the contraceptive effects were good.There was statistical significance comparing to the observation group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of short-acting compound contraceptive Marvelon can significantly shorten the duration of bleeding,reduce the amount of bleeding,promote endometrial repair,restore normal menstrual cycle,prevent pelvic infection,decrease the incidence of secondary infertility and protect women's reproductive capacity,thereby worthy of clinical promotion and application.
