某院2009～2011年药品不良反应回顾性分析

目的了解笔者所在医院药品不良反应发生的特点及一般规律,促进临床合理用药。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对笔者所在医院2009～2011年收集的139例ADR报告,分别从患者性别、年龄、给药途径、药品种类、累及器官或系统、临床表现等方面进行统计分析。结果 139例ADR中,抗感染药占45.32%,肝科用药占23.02%。静脉给药引发的ADR例数最多,临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害最多。结论临床应合理使用各类药物,加强ADR监测工作,以减少或避免ADR的发生。

Retrospectively analysis of adverse drug reactions from 2009 to 2011 in one hospital

Objective To understand the characteristics and the general rules of adverse drug reactions occurs in the drug of the author's hospital,and to promote the drugs rational clinical use.Methods To collect 139 cases of adverse drug reaction reporting,using retrospective research methods to tatistics and analysis from the patients' gender,age,route of administration,drug types,involving the organs or systems,clinical manifestations.Results 139 cases in ADR,antiinfectives drugs accounted for 45.32%,the hepatology medication accounted for 23.02%.Most of the ADR cases caused by the intravenous administration,the clinical manifestations was the damage to skin and its appendages.Conclusion The clinical should rational use of various drugs,and strengthening ADR monitoring,in order to reduce or avoid the ADR occurs.
