| 摘 要： | 目的探讨预见性护理干预在肾病综合征患者的应用效果。方法分析笔者所在医院收治的原发性肾病综合征患者60例临床资料,依据护理方式不同分为普通护理组30例和预见性护理组30例。结果预见性护理组24h尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白、总蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐均优于普通护理组,同时预见性护理组感染、静脉血栓及复发率均低于普通护理组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理干预在肾病综合征患者的应用可以改善患者临床症状,降低并发症和复发率。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach application of observation of Nephrotic syndrome patients by predictive nursing care. Methods To analyze the 60 cases patients clinical data of Nephrotic syndrome in our hospital,which was to be divided into general nursing group 30 cases and predictive nursing care group 30 cases. Results The 24h urine protein, serum albumin, total protein, BUN creatinine of predictive nursing care group were better than general nursing group, then the Infection, venous thrombosis and recurrent rate of predictive nursing care group were lower than general nursing group, the difference were significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention in patients with nephrotic syndrome application can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, reducing the complication and recurrence rate. |
