炎琥宁注射液治疗轮状病毒肠炎的疗效及安全性分析

目的评价炎琥宁注射液治疗轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效。方法轮状病毒性肠炎患儿130例,按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组两组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方式的基础上,给予炎琥宁注射液。结果观察组总有效率为96.92%,高于对照组总有效率86.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现明显药物不良反应情况。结论炎琥宁注射液治疗轮状病毒性肠炎疗效可靠,具有良好的安全性。

Analysis of the efficacy and safety of treating rotavirus enteritis by Yanhuning injection

Objective To evaluate of clinical curative effect of the potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate injection in treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis.Methods 130 cases of patients with rotavirus enteritis divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group were given the conventional treatment.On the basic,the observation group were combined with potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 96.92% higher than 86.15% in the control group,which had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate in treatment of rotavirus enteritis curative effect was reliable,and has a good safety.
