鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果分析

目的对应用鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果进行研究分析。方法抽取72例慢性鼻窦炎患者,将其分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组36例。对照组患者采用临床常规手术技术进行治疗;治疗组患者采用鼻内镜手术技术进行治疗。结果治疗组患者鼻窦炎症状改善效果明显优于对照组;手术治疗期间并发症率明显低于对照组;治疗结束鼻窦炎症状再次出现的人数明显少于对照组。结论应用鼻内镜手术治疗技术治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床效果非常明显。

Clinical analysis of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis

Objective To study the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic therapy for chronic sinusitis patients. Methods Patients with chronic sinusitis were divided into control group and treatment group, with each group of 36 cases. Patients of control group were given routine surgical technique for treatment. Patients of treatment group were given endoscopic sinus surgery technology for treatment. Results The sinusitis symptoms effect of patients in treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Complication rates were significantly lower than the control group during surgical. The number of sinusitis symptoms appeared again the end of significantly was less than the control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery technology in the treatment of chronic sinusitis patients is very obvious.
