摘    要:目的探讨牙列缺损和牙体缺损在通过二氧化锆全瓷修复后其对牙周组织健康的影响。方法引入计算机技术与临床相结合进行辅助设计和制作,对30例患者总计60颗牙齿采用爱尔创二氧化锆全瓷修复作为研究对象,将另外30例总计60颗牙齿采用钴铬烤瓷冠的修复体纳入对照组,进行为期12个月的临床追踪随访,对两组修复体修复前后颈部龈沟液指标和天冬氨酸转氨酶指标进行评价分析。结果实验组修复前后的龈沟液量及龈沟液中天冬氨酸转氨酶的水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而对照组修复前后的龈沟液量及龈沟液中碱性磷酸酶的水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过计算机技术完成的二氧化锆全瓷冠修复具有良好的稳定性和生物相容性,对牙周组织健康无明显影响。

Abstract:Objective To investigate dentition defects and tooth defects by zirconia all-ceramic restorations on periodontal tissue health.Methods The introduction of computer technology and clinical combination of aided design and production,and Ireland record zirconia ceramic restorations using a total of 60 teeth in 30 patients as research subjects,30 cases of a total of 60 teeth using a cobalt-chromium porcelain crown the prosthesis into the control group,clinical followup period of 12 months of follow-up analysis to evaluate the indicators of the neck,gingival crevicular fluid and aspartate aminotransferase indicators before and after the repair of the two groups of restorations.Results Found in the gingival crevicular fluid volume before and after the repair of the experimental group and aspartate aminotransferase in gingival crevicular fluid levels of data results showed no significant difference was statistically significant(P > 0.05),while the control group before and after repair of gingival statistically significant differences in results found in the crevicular fluid volume and the level of alkaline phosphatase in gingival crevicular fluid(P < 0.05).Conclusion Computer technology zirconia allceramic crowns with good stability and biocompatibility of no significant impact on periodontal health.
