化滞柔肝颗粒联合瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗脂肪肝的疗效观察

目的观察化滞柔肝联合瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法选择2011年2月～2012年2月笔者所在医院确诊的脂肪肝患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组均予瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上予以化滞柔肝颗粒,比较两组的疗效以及两组患者治疗前后ALT、AST、TC、TG、HDL、LDL的变化情况。结果治疗组治疗后的总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为70.0%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。治疗后两组患者ALT、AST、TG、TC、LDL-C较治疗前明显降低,且治疗组较对照组明显降低,治疗组HDL-C治疗后较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化滞柔肝联合瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗脂肪肝疗效确切,能明显改善患者的肝功能及血脂水平,值得推广和应用。

Efficacy of treating fatty liver by Huazhi Rougan granule combined with rosuvastatin calcium

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of treating fatty liver by Huazhi Rougan granule combined with rosuvastatin calcium.Methods 60 cases of fatty liver patients diagnosed in the author's hospital from February 2011 to February 2012.They were randomly divided into two groups,each of 30 cases.The two groups were treated with rosuvastatin calcium.On the basis of it,the treatment group were given Huazhi Rougan granule.Compared the efficacy and changes of ALT,AST,TC,TG,HDL and LDL in the two groups before and after the treatment.Results After the treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.0%,the total effective rate in the control group was 70.0%,the difference was significant(P < 0.05),After treatment,the two groups of patients with ALT,AST,TG,TC and LDL-C treatment were significantly reduced,and the treatment group was significantly lower than in the control group HDL-C in the treatment group was significantly increased compared with the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Huazhi Rougan granule united rosuvastatin calcium of treating fatty liver exact can significantly improve the patients' liver function and lipid levels,which is worthy of promotion and application.
