| 摘 要： | 目的观察术前个性化心理护理对患者顺利进行手术的影响。方法选取笔者所在医院2010年3～12月外科患者49例,随机分为观察组和对照组两组。观察组术前进行常规心理护理和根据患者不同的情况,采用个性化心理护理,对照组术前进行常规心理护理,将两组患者术前心理情况做比较。结果观察组和对照组术前1h焦虑自评量表、心率、血压比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前个性化心理护理可以让患者更顺利地进行手术。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the influence of preoperative individualized psychological nursing on operation smoothly for patients.Methods 49 surgical patients selected in the author's hospital from March to December 2010 were divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given routine psychological nursing before operation and given personalized psychological care according to the different situation of patients.The control group was given conventional psychological nursing before operation.Comparing the preoperative psychological situation of the patients between 2 groups.Results As for the 1 hour before surgery self-rating anxiety scale,heart rate and blood pressure of 2 groups,the difference was significant,which had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion Preoperative individ-ualized psychological nursing can make patients operated more smoothly. |
