民营医院腹腔镜胆囊切除术的疗效观察

目的探讨应用腹腔镜技术进行胆囊切除术的临床效果。方法收集笔者所在医院2009年2月～2010年4月胆囊疾病患者62例的临床资料,进行回顾性分析。结果 62例患者全部治愈,手术时间15～120min,平均(30.0±2.5)min,术后无严重并发症,无死亡患者。结论 LC技术在经过严格培训,严格掌握适应证的情况下,术中精细操作,是最安全的、效果最显著地腹腔镜胆囊切除手术治疗手段。

Efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in private hospitals

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of cholecystectomy with laparoscope technique.Methods The clinical data of 62 patients with gallbladder disease of the author's hospital from February 2009 to April 2010 were collected and retrospectively analyzed.Results 62 patients were cured.Operating time was 15～120 min.The average operating time was 30 min,and there was no serious complications with no death.Conclusion Through strict training,strict control of the indications and indications fine operation,laparoscope is the most significant laparoscopic gallblader surgery therapy.
