复方胃蛋白酶散联合蒙脱石散治疗轮状病毒性肠炎疗效观察

目的观察复方胃蛋白酶散联合蒙脱石散治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。方法将笔者所在医院收治的78例轮状病毒性肠炎婴幼儿随机分成两组,对照组37例给予常规空腹口服蒙脱石散,脱水、酸中毒患儿给予纠酸补液,治疗组41例在对照组基础上联合餐后口服复方胃蛋白酶散,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组显效22例,有效16例,无效3例,总有效率为92.7%;对照组显效13例,有效14例,无效10例,总有效率72.9%。两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方胃蛋白酶散联合蒙脱石散治疗轮状病毒性肠炎,临床效果显著,值得临床推广使用。

Curative observation of compound pepsin power combined with dictahedral smectite powder in the treatment of rotavirus gastroenteritis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Compound Pepsin Powder combined with Dictahedral Smectite Powder in the treatment of infantile patients with rotavirus gastroenteritis.Methods A total of 78 infantile patients with rotavirus gastroenteritis,treated in the author's hospital,were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The 37 cases of the former group were asked to take Dictahedral Smectite Powder on empty stomachs,while the 41cases of the latter group were required to take Compound Pepsin Powder after meals combined with the treatment of the control group.After treatment,the results of the clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared.Results In the treatment group,22 cases were significantly effective,16 cases were effectual and 3 cases were unfruitful with a total cure rate as 92.7%.As for the control group,13 cases were significantly effective,14 cases were effectual and 10 cases were unfruitful with a total cure rate as 72.9%.The differences of total effect ratios between the two groups were statically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The treatment of rotavirus gastroenteritis using Compound Pepsin Powder combined with Dictahedral Smectite Powder is clinically effective and safe,which is worthy to be highly recommended in its clinical use.
