| 摘 要： | 目的评价幽门括约肌捏断联合十二指肠韧带松解在预防贲门癌术后反流中的临床效果。方法将19例贲门癌近端胃切除患者术中行幽门成形联合十二指肠韧带松解作为A组,另选未行幽门括约肌捏断联合十二指肠韧带松解的18例贲门癌手术患者作为B组对照,通过术后进行反流症状监测,电子胃镜检查评价抗反流效果。结果通过比较37例贲门癌近端胃切除手术患者不同术式两组间反流症状评分及电子胃镜检查评分显示:A组反流性食管炎评分明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合抗反流术式方法简便,临床抗反流效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of disconnection of pyloric sphincter by finger pressing and amputation of the ligament of Treitz in prevention of gastroesophageal reflux in patients with cardirc cancer.Methods 19 patients of cardic cancer were randomly divided into group A,patients in group A received anti-reflux surgeries.18cases were divided into the control group(group B).The effect of anti-reflux was appraised by dectecring the endoscopy and reflux symptoms.Results Compared the score of reflux esophagitis and reflux symptoms of 40 patients with carcinoma of gastric cardia after subtotal gastrectomy.The score of the group A was lower than that in group B(P < 0.05).Conclusion The anti-reflux technic is simple and the clinical effect is better. |
