舌下含服米索前列醇在未产妇负压吸宫术中的应用

目的观察舌下含服米索前列醇在未产妇负压吸宫术中应用的临床效果。方法选择早期妊娠未产妇200例,随机分成观察组及对照组,各100例。观察组在流产术前1h含化米索前列醇400μg,对照组术前不用药。专人记录手术时宫颈软化扩张情况,术中人工流产综合征的发生情况,术中出血量以及手术时间。结果宫颈扩张情况及人工流产综合征发生率,观察组与对照组相比,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),术中出血量、手术时间,观察组与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论未产妇早孕负压吸宫术前舌下含化米索前列醇,宫颈软化、扩张好,值得临床应用与推广。

Application of sublingual misoprotol in negative pressure aspiration of nulliparous women

Objective To observe the clinical effects of sublingual misoprotol in negative pressure aspiration of nulliparous women.Methods Select 200 cases of nulliparous early pregnancy women,be randomly divided into observation group and control group each with 100 cases.The observation group injects 400 μg Misoprostol an hour before the abortion,but the control group on the contrary.During the surgery,one person is in charge of recording cervical softening expansion,the occurrence of abortion syndrome surgery,and the blood loss and operative time.Results The difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant both in case of the incidence of cervical dilatation and abortion syndrome (P < 0.01),as well as the intraoperative blood loss,operation time(P < 0.05).Conclusion Early pregnaney of nuliparous women sublingual misoprostol before the negative pressure aspiration does well in cervical softening and dilatation,it was worthy of clinical application and popularization.
