蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸150例疗效观察

目的观察间断蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法 300例新生儿黄疸患儿被随机分为对照组150例和观察组150例,两组均给予苯巴比妥、皮质激素、尼可刹米、碳酸氢钠等常规基础治疗,观察组在此基础上应用黄疸治疗箱行间断蓝光照射治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组治愈率(60.0%)及总有效率(92.7%)均显著高于对照组(17.3%,58.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论间断蓝光照射辅助治疗新生儿黄疸安全有效,值得临床推广。

Observation on the curative effect of blue-light irradiation on 150 cases with neonatus icterus

Objective The clinical curative effect of discontinuous blue-light irradiation on icterus was observed.Methods 300 cases with neonatus icterus were randomly divided into control group(n=150)and observation group(n=150).Conventional basic treatments(e.g.benzene benzodiazepines,corticosteroids,nike-thamide and sodium bicarbonate)were applied in two groups.However,on this basis,the discontinuous blue-light irradiation of icterus treatment box was also applied in observation group.The clinical curative effects on two groups were compared.Results The cure rate(60.0%) and the total effective rate(92.7%) of the observation group were significantly higher those(17.3%,58.7%)of the control group.The result is of statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion Discontinuous blue-light irradiation as an auxiliary treatment method is safe and effective in treating neonatus icterus.Therefore,it is worth of promotion clinically.
