视网膜剥离的超声诊断应用分析

摘    要:目的探讨视网膜剥离超声诊断技术的临床应用价值。方法选择120例患者,其中实验组64例68眼完全剥离,56例64眼部分剥离,对照组因眼部不适行超声检查者,共72例124眼。观察网脱部位的血管分支和视网膜中央动脉,在血流明显处取样测量舒张末期最高血流速度、收缩期最高血流速度、平均血流速度、搏动指数、阻力指数等各项检查数据。结果二维超声检查诊断,实验组120例132眼中108例116眼诊断为视网膜剥离,诊断相符率为87.88%,彩色超声诊断确诊视网膜剥离者112例124眼,诊断相符率达93.94%。实验组CRA、PSV、ESV、AV值显著低于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组中完全剥离比部分剥离减小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组RI、PI值,实验组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二维超声结合彩色多普勒检查对视网膜剥离诊断率高,为临床诊断提供更加可靠的依据。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonic technology for retinal detachment.Methods To Choose 120 cases,64 cases with 68 eyes peeled off completely,56 cases with 64 eyes of part dissection,the control group due to ocular discomfort underwent ultrasound examination was 72 cases with 124 eyes,then to observe the network off parts of the vascular branches and central retinal artery,end-diastolic maximum blood flow velocity,systolic peak flow velocity,mean flow velocity,pulsatility index,resistance index of examination data.Results Two-dimensional ultrasonography diagnosis result was that 108 cases with 116 eyes diagnosed conformity,the rate was 87.88%,color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of retinal detachment was 112 cases with 124 eyes,diagnosed conformity rate was 93.94%.The experimental group with CRA,PSV,ESV,AV were lower than control group(P < 0.05),stripped completely stripped of experimental group was reduced (P < 0.05),RI,PI values had no difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion Two-dimensional ultrasonography and color doppler examination for retinal detachment could have high rate of diagnosis,so it is reliable for diagnosis of retinal detachment.
