奥扎格雷钠联合低分子肝素钙治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效分析

摘    要:目的探讨奥扎格雷钠联合低分子肝素钙治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取笔者所在医院2009~2011年收治的110例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各55例,两组患者均采用奥扎格雷钠治疗,观察组在此基础上加用低分子肝素钙治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后基本痊愈44例,显著进步6例,进步3例,无效2例,治疗总有效率为96.4%,显著高于对照组的83.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠与低分子肝素钙联合应用在作用机制上有叠加效应,治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效确切,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of ozagrel sodium combined with low molecular heparin calcium in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 110 cases of acute cerebral infarction in author's hospital from 2009 to2011 years were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,55 cases in each group,all patients accepted sodium ozagrel treatment,based on this the observation group combined with low molecular heparin calcium treatment,compared clinical curative effect of patients in two groups.Results Patients in observation group 44 cases recovered,6 cases improved significantly,3 cases improved,2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 96.4%,significantly higher than that of control group83.6%,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Ozagrel combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium have action of application on stacking effect in the mechanism,and have good clinical curative effect of the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,it is worthy of further clinical using.
