| 摘 要： | 目的探讨含左氧氟沙星的三联疗法在幽门螺杆菌感染相关性消化性溃疡中的疗效。方法 116例幽门螺杆菌感染相关性消化性溃疡患者随机分两组各58例,观察组予左氧氟沙星+泮托拉唑+阿莫西林治疗,对照组予甲硝唑+泮托拉唑+阿莫西林治疗,对比两组疗效与不良反应。结果观察组幽门螺杆菌根除率及总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论含左氧氟沙星的三联疗法在幽门螺杆菌感染相关性消化性溃疡中疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of levofloxacin-based triple therapy in patients with Hp infection-related peptic ulcer.Methods 116 patients with Hp infection-related peptic ulcer were randomly devided into the observation group(n=58) and the control group(n=58),the observation group were treated with levofloxacin + pantoprazole + amoxicillin,and the control group were treated with metronidazole + pantoprazole + amoxicillin,then the effects and adverse reactions were contrasted between the two groups.Results Eradication rate of Hp and the total effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.01),there was no significantly difference between the two groups in the incidence of the adverse reactions(P > 0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin-based triple therapy has exactly effects in patients with Hp infection-related peptic ulcer,it's worthy of promotion. |
