小儿肺炎支原体感染临床分析

目的对肺炎支原体感染患儿进行临床分析,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取笔者所在医院2010年4月～2012年4月收治的87例由于肺炎支原体感染住院的患儿,对87例患儿的采集样本进行检验,对咽喉壁的脱落细胞进行采集,然后进行MP-DNA检验;同时进行抽血,采取ELISA法做抗体检验;采取金标法对患儿血清进行MP-IgM检测。结果 87例患儿当中,有72例患儿发热,占到82.76%,均有咳嗽症状。15例患儿没有明显阳性体征。0～3岁患儿人数与4～8岁患儿人数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。气温较低的1～3月份和10～12月份患儿人数与气温较高4～6月份和7～9月份患儿人数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论肺炎支原体感染可以引起患儿出现重症肺炎,早诊断、早治疗可以显著改善患儿的预后;同时,对于年龄较小的人群在气温较低的时候要加强预防,以降低小儿肺炎支原体感染的发生率。

Clinical analysis of the children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection

Objective To analyze the children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection for providing the reference for the clinical treatment.Methods 87 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection from April 2010 to April 2012 in our hospital were chosen.87 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were detected MP-DNA to the cast-off cells in the wall of the pharynx,antibody by the ELISA method,and MP-IgM by the colloidal gold method.Results In 87 children,there were 72 patients(82.76%) with fever,all with cough.15 cases had no apparent positive signs.There were very significant differences in the number of children between 0 to 3 years old and 4 to 8 years old(P<0.01) and between low temperature January to March and October to December and high temperature April to June and July to September(P<0.01).Conclusion The children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection may cause severe pneumonia,so early diagnosis and early treatment can improve significantly the prognosis of the children.And the prevention should be enhanced for the younger children in low temperature for reducing the incidence of the children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.
