西安市某三甲医院2004～2008年院内感染相关因素分析

目的了解院内感染现状及相关因素,为有效控制院内感染提供依据。方法由西安市某三甲院内感染控制科记录获得该院2004～2008年近5年院内感染的统计资料,采用SPSS软件对数据进行处理,并进行汇总统计分析。结果该医院近5年住院患者中,院内感染的人次感染率为2.61%。其中血液科(8.38%)、神经外科(5.31%)、神经内科(5.05%)、小儿外科(4.79%)、小儿内科(4.08%)依次列于前5位;感染部位以下呼吸道(35%)最多,其次是上呼吸道(23%)和泌尿道(11%)。结论该医院院内感染状况符合国家卫生部的要求,但是加强高发科室的监控以及积极预防下呼吸道感染仍然是降低院内感染的关键。

Analysis on nosocomial infection related factors in a general hospital in Xi'an

Objective To investigate and analyze monitoring data of patients with nosocomial infection in order to decrease the infection rate.Methods Data of patients with nosocomial infection were collected and analyzed,and tabulate statistics was used for all data of infectious diseases cases from 2004 to 2008 by Infection Control Department.Results The nosocomial person-time infection rate was 2.61% of inpatients in the general hospital.Of the patients,hospital infection rate were 8.38% （haematology section）,5.31% （neurosurgery section）,5.05% （neurology section）,4.79% （pediatric surgery section）,4.08% （paediatrics section）,respectively.In addition,the most frequent infection location was lower respiratory tract,which account 35% in all hospital infection locations,followed by upper respiratory tract infection （23%） and urinary tract infection （11%）.Conclusions The nosocomial infection condition in this hospital can meet the demand of National Health Department,but it is crucial for the drop of nosocomial infection to strengthen the monitoring and control on highly-relative departments and prevent lower respiratory tract infection.
