针刺结合康复训练治疗脑卒中肢体功能障碍

目的:观察针刺分期疗法结合康复训练对急性脑卒中患者肢体功能的疗效。方法:急性脑卒中患者220例,均有一侧肢体偏瘫,随机分为A、B2组各110例,均按急性脑血管病的常规处理,并配合康复训练。A组在此基础上依据患者软瘫期、痉挛期和恢复期给予分期针刺治疗。结果:治疗1个月后神经功能缺损程度评分、ADL量表评定、临床疗效和痉挛程度评定,A组均优于B组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:在常规治疗及康复训练的同时增加分期针刺疗法,可以明显缩短急性脑卒中患者联休克期,减轻痉挛,减少误用综合征,对脑卒中肢体功能恢复有良好疗效。

Clinical Observation of the Combined Treatments of the Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Limb Dysfunction after Acute Stroke

Objective:To observe the curative effect of the combined treatments of the acupuncture and moxibustion for limb dysfunction after acute stroke.Methods:220 patients with limb dysfunction after acute stroke were randomly divided into two groups:group A(treatment group) subject to the conventional medicine and the acupuncture and moxibustion;group B(control group) subject to the conventional medicine only.Results:One month after treatment,there was significant difference in the neurological deficient scale and the evaluation of the ADL scale,the clinical curative effect and the convulsion between group A and group B(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:The combined treatments of the acupuncture and moxibustion can shorten shock time,alleviate spasm,reduce the syndrome of misusing,and have the good curative effects to limb dysfunction after acute stroke.
