| 摘 要： | 目的:观察地榆止血汤(加减)预防护理急性放射损伤效果。方法:当DT20GY/2周时将接受放疗的盆腔肿瘤63例随机分为中药护理组32例,对照组31例,中药护理组以地榆止血汤(加减)灌肠2次/d;对照组以抗菌、消炎、止血对症处理。DT40GY/4周时,两组护理效果以粘膜RTOG急性放射损伤分级标准判定。结果:地榆止血汤护理效果好于对照组,X2=5.8612 P<0.05两组差异有显著性意义。结论:地榆止血汤(加减)适于作为直肠急性放射损伤的预防护理方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the preventive effect of hemostasis decoction of Diyu on acute radical rectum injury.Method: 63 cases with pelvic cavity tumor who were with radiation therapy were divided into chinese herb nursing group(32 cases) and control group(31 cases) randomly.In the chinese herb nursing group all the patients recieved retention enema twice a day with hemostasis decoction of Diyu.In the control group.They were treated with diminish inflammation,anti-infection and hemostasis.At DT 40GY/4 week,The two groups were determined nucous membrane of acute radical rectum injury accoroling grade scale.Conclusion: It's suitable to preventive nursing the acute radical rectum injury with hemostasis decoction of Diyu(more or less). |
