荣仁方治疗糖尿病周围神经炎31例

为探讨荣仁方治疗糖尿病周围神经炎的疗效，将61例糖尿病周围神经炎患者随机分为治疗组(31例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组用荣仁方治疗，对照组用中药蠲痹汤，两组患者均服用达美康控制血糖。疗程6周。结果：治疗组有效率为87％，对照组有效率为80％；治疗组神经传导速度明显改善，而对照组改善不明显；两组患者血糖水平、肝肾功能治疗前后无显著变化。提示中药荣仁方对糖尿病周围神经炎有一定效果。

Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuritis in 31 Cases by "Rongren Decoction"

To observe the clinical effects of "Rongren Decoction" in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuritis, 61 subjects were randomized into two groups and treated by Gliclazide. Moreover, 31 cases in treatment group were treated with "Rongren Decoction" and 30 cases in control group were treated with "Juanbi Decoction", with a course of 6 weeks. Results: The total effective rate was 87% in treatment group and 80% in control group, P>0.05; the nerve conduction velocity increased obviously in treatment group and little in control group; the content of blood sugar and liver and kidney functions changed little in both groups after treatment. It is revealed that "Rongren Decoction" has positive effects on diabetic peripheral neuritis.
