| 摘 要： | 重组人血管内皮抑素注射液是我国学者自主创新研发的新型人血管内皮抑素,适用于一切需要血液供应才能生长的实体瘤,如胃癌、肝癌、肠癌和乳腺癌等,作用机制在于有效抑制血管内皮细胞的迁移、阻断血管生长、中断肿瘤细胞营养和氧气的供应,最终使肿瘤细胞处于休眠状态,达到饿死肿瘤细胞的目的1].重组人血管内皮抑素注射液2006年已被非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)临床实践指南(中国版)推荐为一线治疗药物.
