| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨CT扫描对小儿颅内病变的诊断价值.方法:对149例小儿CT脑扫描进行分析.结果:外伤送检76例,CT扫描异常46例,占6052%;癫痫10例,CT扫描异常为为3000%;临床诊断颅内感染及颅内占位性病变送检12例,CT扫描异常率为100%;颅内出血异常率为80%;脑性瘫痪、智能低下、脑发育不全、头痛、惊厥等的CT改变与病情严重程度趋向于一致.结论:CT对小儿颅内病变的诊断及指导治疗有一定的指导意义.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the value of diagnosis of intercranium pathological changes in children by CT scanning.Methods:To analysse the clinical data of 149 cases of cranium CT scanning on children.Results:Of the 76 cases of trauma,46 were abnormal by CT scanning;10 were epilepsy and 12 were intercranium infection.Conclusions:CT scanning has certain significance in diagnosis and treatment on intercranium pathological changes in children. |
