妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症患者胎盘瘦素的表达及意义

目的探讨妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)患者胎盘瘦素表达的变化.方法采用S-P免疫组化方法.结果 (1)光镜下发现ICP患者胎盘绒毛水肿、绒毛间隙狭窄、绒毛血管合体膜增厚.(2)两组孕妇胎盘绒毛滋养层细胞胞浆内均有瘦素的表达,但研究组胎盘瘦素的水平高于对照组(P<0.05),并且随着ICP组分度的加重,表达增强.结论 ICP患者胎盘瘦素的高表达可能导致ICP的发生.

Expression of leptin in placenta of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy

Objective: To explore the expression of leptin on the placenta of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP). Methods: S-P immunohistochemical technique was used. Results: (1)Placentas obtained from women with ICP had swelling and fibrinoid of necrosis of villi,increasing of syncytial sprouts, being thick of vasculo-syncytial membrane(VSM) and reducing of the size of the intervillous space under lingt microscopy. (2)Leptin expressed in both of the cytoplasm of villous trophoblast cells of placenta in women with and without ICP. But, its expression was different between the ICP and normal pregnancy (P<0.05).Furthermore, a difference between the mild and severe ICP was found. Conclusion: The abnormal expression of placental leptin may play a role in the etioloty of ICP.
