| 摘 要： | 中华眼镜蛇蛇毒神经生长因子经125I标记后从大鼠舌静脉注入，2h后观察其在体内的分布。结果显示：主要分布在肾、肺、肝等脏器及周围神经，脑、喷球及脊髓的含量几乎为零。肾组织含量最高，占72％，说明代谢物主要经肾组织从尿中排除。

| Abstract: | Nerve growth factor (NGF) was purified from the venom of Naja Naja Atra and labeled with 1251. in 1vivo, the distribution of 1251-NGF was observed 2 hours after the compound was injected into venules. It was found that NGF was concentrated in kidney, peripheral nerve, liver, and lung. On the contrary, no radioactivity wad found in such organs as brain, olfactory bulb, tractus. These results suggested that the large quantity of bypreducts was eliminated from urine by kidney. |
