| 摘 要： | 通过对我国医疗服务价格改革的回顾和现场调查,了解了我国医疗价格监督管理组织体系和监督管理方式等,分析了医疗价格制定、价格调整、价格构成和价格监督等方面的问题,提出了建立统分结合的价格制定体制和灵活的价格调节机制,强化医疗保险对医疗价格的约束,改革医疗服务价格制定方法和医疗成本核算方法,建立多方共同参与的价格管理组织体系的政策建议。 |

| Abstract: | Through historical review of health service price regulation and locale investigation, clarified the health service price supervision system and ways in our country, etc. The authors have analyzed the problems in health service pricing, price adjustment, price composing and supervision, and then suggested establishing integrated health service pricing system and flexible health service price adjustment mechanism, strengthening the restriction function of medical insurance to health service price, reforming the health service pricing methods and health service cost-accounting methods, and establishing extensive participation health service price supervision system. |
