| 摘 要： | 目的:评价盐酸非索非那定胶囊治疗季节性过敏性鼻炎的疗效和安全性。方法:用随机双盲双模拟对照临床试验方法。试验组64例,口服盐酸非索非那定胶囊60mg,每日2次。对照组68例,口服盐酸西替利嗪胶囊10mg,每日1次,疗程14d。结果:试验组显效率为28.13%,对照组显效率为22.06%,两组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率为23.6%,对照组不良反应发生率为19.7%,两组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸非索非那定胶囊治疗季节性过敏性鼻炎安全、有效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of fexofenadine hydrochloride capsules in treating seasonal allergic rhinitis.Methods:A randomized controlled double-blind double-dummy clinical trial,64 cases in test group,the dosages of fexofenadine hydrochloride capsules were 60 mg twice daily.68 cases in control group,the dosages of cetirizine hydrochloride capsules were 10 mg once daily.The duration of treatment was 14 d.Results:The effective rate of test group was 28.13%,that of control group was 22.06%.The two groups were not significantly different,P>0.05.The incidence of adverse drug reaction in test group was 23.6%,that of control group was 19.7%.The two groups were not significantly different,P>0.05.Conclusion:Fexofenadine hydrochloride capsules in treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis is a high efficacy and safety drug. |
