循环水温度对外阴白色病变聚焦超声治疗负反应的影响研究

摘    要:目的研究循环水温度对聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变治疗负反应的影响,并进一步探索最佳的循环水温度设置。方法将210例外阴白色病变患者随机分成1、2、3三组,即循环水温度30℃组、12℃组、3℃组。对比观察、分析不同循环水温度下聚焦超声治疗后患者治疗区局部水肿、水泡、皮肤颜色改变等负反应的发生率、程度、持续时间。结果3组的水肿、水泡程度低于1组(t=2.500,P=0.007;t=2.292,P=0.011),舒适度2组和3组优于1组(t=1.991,P=0.024;t=2.732,P=0.003),水肿消退和水泡消失时间3组短于1组(t=2.682,P=0.004;t=2.306,P=0.012),其余指标各组间差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论降低循环水温度,对减轻聚焦超声治疗后负反应具有一定的作用,采用3℃水温较为理想。

Study for the negative response of circulating water temperature for vulvae white lesions treated by focused ultrasound

Abstract:Objective To study the negative effect of circulating water temperature on vulva white lesions treated by focused ultrasound,and to further explore the best circulating water temperature setting. Method 210 cases were randomly divided into white vulvae lesions 1,2,3 three groups,namely 30 ℃ group circulating water temperature,12 ℃ group,3 ℃ group.Comparative observation,analysis of circulating water under different temperature focused ultrasound treatment patients after treatment area local edema,blisters,skin color change the incidence of negative response,the degree,last time. Result Three groups of edema,blisters less than the 1 group(t=2.500,P=0.007;t=2.292,P=0.011),comfort and three groups of 2 are better than the 1 group(t=1.991,P=0.024;t=2.732,P=0.03),edema is gone and blisters disappear time is shorter than 1 group 3 groups(t=2.682,P=0.004;t=2.306,P=0.012),the rest of the index group there was no significant difference between the(P0.05). Conclusion Reduced circulating water temperature,to reduce focused ultrasound treatment negative response has certain effect,use 3℃ circulation water temperature more ideal.
