日间手术患者术前心理状况与应对方式的相关性研究

目的探讨泌尿外科日间手术患者术前心理状况与应对方式的相关性。方法分别采用Zung的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和医学应对问卷(MCMQ)对100例泌尿外科日间手术患者术前心理健康状况和应对方式进行调查分析。结果泌尿外科日间手术患者术前的SAS评分明显高于国内常模,两者比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05);在"回避"和"屈服"医学应对方式评分中明显高于国内常模,差异有显著意义(P=0.00);患者SAS评分与"面对"(γ=0.200,P<0.05)和"屈服"(γ=0.351,P<0.01)呈显著正相关,与"回避"(γ=0.056,P>0.05)无相关性。结论泌尿外科日间手术患者术前心理状况与应对方式密切相关,更倾向于采取面对和屈服的应对方式,医护人员应采取有效措施引导患者采用积极的应对方式。

Correlation study of preoperative psychological status and coping style for patients with day surgery

Objective To investigate the relationship between the preoperative psychological status and coping style for urological day surgery patients. Method Zung＇s self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and medical coping questionnaire （MCQ） scales were used to analyze the preoperative psychological status and coping style among 100 urological day surgery patients. Result The SAS scores of＇urological day surgery patients was considerably higher than norms, there was significant difference between the two （P〈0.05）, and the facing score was lower, while the avoidance and obedience scores was much higher than norms （P=0. 000）. The SAS score was significantly and positively related to ＂facing ＂（y=0. 200,P〈0.05） and ＂obedience＂（γ=0. 351 ,P〈0.01）, and was not related to ＂avoidance＇（7 =0. 056, P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The preoperative psychological status had a closely relationship with the coping style in urological day surgery patients, more likely to use face and obedience coping style. The nursing staff should adopt effective measures to guide the day surgery patients to take the positive coping style.
