住院患者参与患者安全行为意愿的现状调查研究

目的了解患者对参与患者安全行为的意愿现状,为提高患者主动参与患者安全的行为,保障患者安全提供参考依据。方法采用自行设计的《患者参与患者安全意愿调查问卷》对贵州省4所综合医院的571例患者进行调查,获得资料采用t检验、方差分析及事后多重比较(LSD检验)、χ2检验进行分析。结果患者参与患者安全意愿较强(为89.4%)、影响参与意愿因素的分布具有一定特点。讨论患者对医疗安全隐患认识不足,缺少主动参与监督医疗安全的意识和能力。结论患者参与安全意愿在性别(P<0.05,P<0.001)、年龄(P<0.01)、文化程度(P<0.001)、住院次数(P<0.001)方面存在显著差异,参与意愿的行为有一定倾向性。

Study for the safety will tendency among hospitalized patients

Objective To understand the domestic medical patients willingness of participate patients safety and act from a tendency to encourage patients to actively participate in exploring patients＇ safety and effective participation in actions, and to provide a reference for protecting patients safety. Method 571 patients from four general hospitals in Guizhou province were investigated with self-designed patient safety will participate in patients safety questionnaire,the date were analyzed by t test, analysis of variance and multiple comparison post （LSD test） and Х^2 test. Result There were significant differences for patients involved in security will in gender （P〈0.05 ,P〈0. 001）, the age（P〈0.01）, education （P 〈0. 001）, hospitalizations （P〈0. 001）. There was certain tendency among participant in the behavior willingness. Conclusion Patients with a strong willingness to participate in their own medical safety （Proportion 89.4 %）will affect the safety factors involved in the distribution of certain characteristics, patient understanding of medical security risks, lack of active participation in monitoring the safety of medical awareness and ability.
