| 摘 要： | 本文对无甲状腺疾病的64例呼吸系统疾病患者,用放射免疫法测定了血清浓度T_3、T_4同时测定了动脉血气,电解质,血常规等。结果:20例呼衰中14例(70％)T_3值低下,下降的百分比明显高于其他疾病。动态观察了其中11例T_3值变化;2例随病情好转而上升或恢复正常,5例T_3值逐步下降的患者,有4例死亡,其中2例并伴有T_4值下降。显示T_6、T_4值的变化与患者的预后密切相关。
